Formerly associated with the New York law firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP and Tenzer, Greenblatt, LLP, Herbert Nass received his Law Degree from NYU School of Law in 1984. He graduated from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania where he majored in Art History and he is a graduate of the Horace Mann School in Riverdale, New York. He is also a member of The Harmonie Club of New York City and The Beach Point Club located in Mamaroneck, New York.
As an author and lecturer on the topics of celebrity Wills and Estate Planning, Herbert Nass frequently appears on television talk shows and news programs including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, The Early Show, Today in New York, The O’Reilly Factor, as well as Court TV, CNNfn, and Fox News. He has lectured at the 92nd Street Y and The Harvard Club of New York as well as for many groups across the United States
