Herbert Nass began his career with the New York law firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP and Tenzer, Greenblatt, LLP. In 1990, he founded Herbert E. Nass & Associates, providing sound legal advice in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration. He also represents numerous artists and art collectors. He is an alumnus of the Horace Mann School in Riverdale, New York and a member of The Harmonie Club of New York City and The Beach Point Club located in Mamaroneck, New York.

Herbert Nass is the author of The 101 Biggest Estate Planning Mistakes (2010) published by John Wiley & Sons and Wills of the Rich and Famous (2000) published by Gramercy Books, a division of Random House.
